Christmas in Paris

There is just something about Paris around the holidays. The streets are filled with twinkling lights, the Christmas markets are set up and people are more friendly. Nothing compares to the sights and smells of Paris during the Christmas season. When I think back to my years spent in Paris during the holidays I just remember the aroma of chestnuts roasting, along with vin chaud (warm mulled wine) at the markets. It is just a little piece of heaven on earth.
