Hand Painted Textiles at Roberto Cavalli

In the spirit of Couture Week which starts next week, I have been busy watching YouTube videos showing the behind the scenes works of some of the most influential fashion houses in the world.  I came across this one showcasing beautiful, hand painted fabrics in the Roberto Cavalli atelier.  I love the detailed view of the paintings and the way they have shown the process of the fabrics being painted all the way to the final pieces.  The pieces were created for the Fall Winter 2013-2014 season highlighting the contemporary aesthetics of the house, where art and craftsmanship are highly used in their atelier.  If you love fashion, art or craft you will be inspired by this video!
