Last week I came across this wonderful video of Swiss textile manufacturing company Jakob Schlaepfer.  They are an amazing company keeping the textile craft alive for the past 50 years, and are still supplying the fashion world with many magical creations.  Imagine a material as soft, sheer and delicate as a soap bubble, or a fabric with woven copper threads to create a sculptural effect.  This unique company experiments with new and innovative textile techniques to create one of a kind fabrics for the world of Haute Couture.
