The Making of the Fendi SS17 Window Display
One of my favorite things to do while I lived in Paris was to wander around the fashion district of the golden triangle looking at the window displays. The magnificent dazzling eye candy could make any dull Paris day seem brighter. From the clothes on display to the stories told by the windows, I could spend hours looking at the beautiful displays.
I came across this short video (posted below) of the making of the Fendi SS17 Window by artist Anke Eilergerhard and just had to share it. The creativity and imagination that goes into creating the beautiful windows of Paris is truly magical!

Fendi collaborated with German artist Anke Eilergerhard to create the spring/summer window displays called The Sweet Dream. Anke Eilergerhard uses silicone, which she pipes with a pastry bag, making it look as if it was frosting. Combined with pretty tea cups and saucers,the sculptures are true eye candy!
