From my new, Parisian inspired bridal collection! A stunning Couture, hand embroidered hair ribbon. This beautiful design includes a large crystal and silver flower surrounded by freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, and crystal rhinestone chains. The beaded piece measures approx. 4.5" x 2" and is backed with leather and finished with a white ribbon to tie around the head.

A one-of-a-kind design, this hair ribbon will not be re-created. Using the traditional French Haute Couture method, this piece is hand embroidered, each pearl and crystal sewn on, one at a time. This beautiful abstract design will add some sparkle to any wedding day ensemble.

Having lived in Paris, France for over 5 years I was certified in Haute Couture beadwork and embroidery in one of Chanel's exclusive atelier houses. I have now brought these techniques to the US and created my own line to include the tradition of Haute Couture.

Each piece is hand embroidered using the Luneville embroidery technique I was taught at Lesage. Couture embroidery is seen all over the Parisian runways and I have translated what are usually seen on designs for Chanel, and Dior and created beautiful wearable jewelry and accessories.

Each sequin and bead is sewn on one at a time using a "Luneville" hook which is similar to a very tiny crochet hook. Silk organza is stretched across an embroidery frame, and the beads are stitched on from the underside of the fabric, one stitch at a time. This is truly a One of a Kind piece of collectible Haute Couture.

This jewelry was made by hand in my studio and comes beautifully packaged and ready for gift giving. My pieces are all one-of-a-kind or very limited number of pieces.
