Couture Embroidery from Paris, France! This one of a kind bridal hair clip is hand embroidered, with sparkling silver and gold Swarovski crystals, glass beads, and pearls. Attached to the sparkling embroidered leaf is a hand formed and sewn flower made from layers of silk organza and tulle. Sewn on to organza, backed with leather and finished with a white and silver hair slide clip. This hair piece measures approx. 3.5" x 2”

Having lived in Paris, France for over 5 years I was certified in Haute Couture beadwork and embroidery in one of Chanel's exclusive atelier houses. I have now brought these techniques to the US and created my own line to include the tradition of Haute Couture.

Each piece is hand embroidered using the Luneville embroidery technique I was taught at Lesage. Couture embroidery is seen all over the Parisian runways and I have translated what are usually seen on designs for Chanel, and Dior and created beautiful wearable jewelry and accessories.

Each sequin and bead is sewn on one at a time using a "Luneville" hook which is similar to a very tiny crochet hook. Silk organza is stretched across an embroidery frame, and the beads are stitched on from the underside of the fabric, one stitch at a time. This is truly a One of a Kind piece of collectible Haute Couture.
